EpiPen CEO, Just Another Pharma Scam Artist

News recently  broke that Mylan, the makers of the life-saving EpiPen increased their prices by 400% over the last few years.  Politicians put on their best fake outrage face and went on the attack.  Clinton eventually opened up on Mylan and soon after they pledged to cut the price in half.

But the CEO of Mylan, Heather Bresch, is the daughter of democrat senator Joe Manchin. In 2012 and 2013, Mylan also spent $4 million on lobbying for access to EpiPens and for the 2013 School Access to Emergency Epinephrine Act, which put EpiPens into schools nation-wide.  Cha-CHING!!$$

In 2015, Bresch made $19 million while she gouged American consumers who depend on the life-saving EpiPen.  This is no surprise since Bresch appears to be a life-long scam artist in addition to a politically connected hack.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Bresch once listed on her resume that she had a masters degree in business administration from West Virginia University.  It turned out she never got the degree and after the school investigated they found that administrators added FAKE courses and grades to her transcript to make it look like she finished the degree!!  At the time, her father was the governor and the school’s president was a long time family friend and business associate. I’m sure that had nothing to do with it.

In an interview with “WV Living,” Bresch said that the “masters degree” had no impact on her career track (advanced degrees only matter to peasants!)  She then dismissed the concerns about academic dishonesty and corruption as “drama” even though she lied about a degree while her dad’s buddies faked grades on her transcript. She goes on to remind everyone that she is a very important business woman and makes clear she doesn’t care that people think know she’s a crook.

After all, her life is great!
