Trump the Turncoat

Trump showed up at the CIA with a crew of fake supporters to cheer every time he talked.  At the CIA he decided to talk about how tough he was in his “war” with the media.  He decided to make his tough talk right in front of the wall commemorating CIA operatives who died in the fight to protect this country.  But the clapping and laughing you hear during his speech is nothing but an act:

The clapping and laughing you hear in both instances are Trump’s own people. They are sycophants who he brings to cheer him on and make it seem like what he’s saying is being well-received. And it’s working.

And it’s not just domestic spy agencies that are freaking out.  The whole western world is afraid that Trump is a traitor who is more committed to pleasing Putin than protecting his own country:

Unfortunately, newly-inaugurated President Donald Trump is threatening the whole Western intelligence system with his brusque comments about our spies and worrisome ties to Moscow. For the first time, an American president is causing our allies and partners to wonder if Washington can still be trusted.

Meanwhile, US intelligence agencies continue to investigate Trump’s national security adviser Michael Flynn for his ties to Russia:

U.S. counterintelligence agents have investigated communications that President Donald Trump’s national security adviser had with Russian officials, according to people familiar with the matter.
