Donald Trump is not a Traitor and is not “Dangerous”

Is Donald Trump a racist?  Yes.  Is Donald Trump a sexist?  Yes.  Is Donald Trump an idiot who can’t keep his bullshit straight?  Yes.  Is he a failed business man?  Yes.  Is he actively violating the constitution?  Yes.  But is Donald Trump a traitor?  NO.  Is Donald Trump “Dangerous”?  NO.

After Donald Trump’s thorough ass kissing and boot licking of Putin on Monday, as well as his repeated statements trashing his own country on foreign soil, Trump’s critics have taken to calling him “dangerous” and a traitor.  The reality is he is neither.

For what is a traitor? Article 3, section 3 of the Constitution gives us the definition:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Has Donald Trump levied war against the United States?  No.  Is Donald Trump giving aid and comfort to enemies of the United States?  No.  Is he giving aid and comfort to an adversary or competitor of the United States?  Sure, by trashing our country and kissing up to the murderous Russian dictator and protecting Russia, he is giving aid to Russia, a foreign power.  But we are not at war with Russia, and Russia is not our enemy.  To throw around a word like “traitor” without evidence or proof waters it down and turns it into nothing but another partisan soundbite.

In 2003, President George W Bush started a war in Iraq that lead to the deaths of 4,000+ American military personnel, the wounding and maiming of thousands more, the deaths of 200,000+ Iraqis, including thousands of innocent people, and cost trillions of dollars.  The war was based on a pure manufactured and intentional lie of WMDs, and has led to Iran extending its influence into Iraq and the creation of ISIS. That was dangerous.  That got people killed and all for an evil lie of WMDs.

What dangerous activity has Trump engaged in?  He had a useless meeting with a fat little slovenly dictator in North Korea and turned himself into a clown by saluting a North Korean military officer.  He turned himself into a clown in front of our allies.  He showed himself to be a brown-nosing kiss-ass to Putin and is probably on Putin’s payroll.  But is any of that going to lead to the deaths of thousands of Americans?

Some may say fine, Trump has not engaged in treason or dangerous activity, but he is evil. What evil has Trump engaged in?  He has put thousands of children in cages at the border and separated them from their parents for no reason other than to scare people away from lawfully claiming asylum or trying to come to the United States.  That is, without a doubt, evil.  He uses his office to enrich himself and his family.  That is corrupt and evil.  But it pales in comparison to the evils committed by Bush.  Trump is an incompetent president, but he is better than Bush and less evil than Bush.

What Trump has done with Russia is corrupt and embarrassment.  And his corruption and lies will be exposed for what they are–a part of a Trump scam where he is being paid off by Russia (and maybe China) to put in place policies that harm the United States’ national interest to Russia’s (and maybe China’s) benefit.  Impeachable, if true?  Yes.  Criminal if true? Probably.

Treasonous? No.

Trump Supporters Don’t Care that Trump is Putin’s Servant

After witnessing Trump slobber all over Putin’s manhood yesterday during the press conference, while at the same time trashing his own country, many people, including myself once again returned to the question: will this be enough to convince Trump supporters?  The answer is no, it will never be enough.  Most people already know that, but not too many people can answer the follow up question, why won’t Trump supporters admit reality?

You have to understand that there are only two kinds of Trump supporters:  racist fanatics (including closet racists who pretend not to be or have a pretext for being racist), and conservatives who will support a racist if it means they will get a right-wing supreme court and right-wing laws pushed through under Trump.

There is arguably a third category of Trump supporters, but those people have long abandoned Tump.  These were the people fed up with our supposedly “booming” economy, union blue collar folks who have been told that globalization and China’s gutting of our industrial jobs sector is a “good thing” by the “smart people” in the Democratic and Republican parties.  But these people have now seen through Trump’s fraud and lies and know he’s not really there to help them or to protect their jobs.

The first category, the racists, don’t care if Trump bows down to Putin.  To them, the U.S. is a multicultural toilet and is quickly going down the drain due to all of the ‘poor ignorant people’ from shithole countries coming here and mixing in with white people and watering down our white values and religion.

The second category of “conservative at any cost” is pretty self explanatory–the ends justify the means.

But perhaps you are now wondering, how could even racist Americans (or closet racists) support a guy that is Putin’s clear bitch and who trashes his own country?  Well this is where you need to go talk to them, as I did the other day.  I received a full explanation of how the FBI conducted the mass murder of nearly 60 people at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas last year in order to take away people’s gun rights.  This is what they really, truly believe.

So if you are a racist and see white man and fellow racist Trump standing up next to a mass murdering white man, Putin, who will you trust?  You’re multicultural country that just recently elected a black guy president, with an FBI that murders dozens of people to take away guns, or Trump?

This is the reality these people are living in, it is a delusional racist fantasy world, and they will not see facts or evidence.  They will only see hate.  You can never win over a Trump supporter.  Don’t ever try.  But you sure can learn what drives their insane, delusional, fact and and evidence free racist fantasies.

Rudy Giuliani’s Leaks and Lies

Rudy became a part of the Trump team in April 2018, and said he would have the Russia investigation wrapped up in “2 weeks.”  That was 2 months ago.  Then he said Trump would be interviewed by Mueller no later than July 4.  That day has come and gone.  Rudy has also now been pretty silent after spending weeks on TV losing his mind and acting like a crazy person while he tried to protect Trump.

Where did Giuliani go?

Looks like Rudy has his own legal troubles now and may himself be under investigation for his involvement in FBI leaks that were used to attack Hillary Clinton during the election.  The Trump trash have accused the FBI of being a “deep state” conspiracy against him.  It looks more like there were members of the FBI who were working to help Trump during the election, and to successfully politically damage Hillary.

Remember back right before the election:

Rudolph W. Giuliani was dying to show the country that he remained in the loop. “I mean, I’m talking about some pretty big surprises,” he said on Fox News on Oct. 26, 2016. On an earlier Fox News program, he said, “I do think that all of these revelations about Hillary Clinton finally are beginning to have an impact. He’s got a surprise or two that you’re going to hear about in the next two days.”

That’s strange, how would Rudy have access to an ongoing FBI investigation and know what was going to happen in the next few days unless somebody leaked it to him?  And of course, it had to do with hurting Hillary and helping Trump.

Then this happened:

On Oct. 28, 2016, then-FBI Director James B. Comey signaled that he was reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails — a momentous event that may have handed the presidency to Donald Trump and is the subject of much chatter on Comey’s ongoing tour for his new book.

Wow, Rudy knew what was coming?  Or did he make the statement to put pressure on Comey to reopen the BS Hillary investigation right before the election?  Who would such a leak come from?

“There is a renegade quality to the New York F.B.I.,” says a former prosecutor, which, he claims, can take the form of agents leaking to the press to advance their own interests or to influence an investigation. “New York leaks like a sieve,” concurs another former prosecutor.

Could it be that an FBI agent leaked damaging Hillary information to a Trump flunky (Giuliani) and then two days later Comey reopened the Hillary investigation due to pressure from that leak? That might warrant further investigation…

FBI Director James Comey confirmed Wednesday that the FBI is conducting an internal investigation into whether agents leaked information to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and others about the probe into Hillary Clinton during the presidential campaign.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago, Giuliani was running his mouth about Trump and how the Russia investigation would get wrapped up.  Then all of the sudden he shut his mouth and has not really opened it since.  Is Giuliani scared of something?  What could he be scared of?

According to the recent information released about the inspector general’s investigation of the FBI’s actions:

Although Comey told us that he “didn’t make this decision because [he] thought it would leak otherwise,” several FBI officials told us that the concern about leaks played a role in the decision.

Is Giuliani getting scared?  That would explain him disappearing.

Trump’s National Security Advisor Mike Flynn Pleads Guilty to Felony

Trump’s former national security advisor Michael Flynn just agreed to become a felon. You don’t agree to become a felon and plead guilty to a serious crime unless you are getting something out of it. Flynn was facing more serious charges, and instead of rolling the dice, he turned rat on Trump and/or the vice president, Pence.

Per Business Insider reporter Natasha Bertrand:

This is a “clear sign” that Flynn is cooperating against Trump.  We also aren’t dealing with a hypothetical, we know Flynn has definitely pled guilty:

So what did Flynn give up to avoid more serious criminal charges? Per ABC news, Flynn is prepared to testify against Trump, members of his family and Trump’s staff. Flynn will testify that Trump, as a candidate (not as president), ordered him to contact Russians.  The “as a candidate” part is important because it’s illegal for a presidential candidate to be coordinating with a foreign government, especially one that is an enemy to the US, like the Russian government.

According to Bloomberg news, Flynn also admitted that he had a call with Trump at Trump’s private resort, Mar-A-Lago, to plan how they would approach the Russian Ambassador. That’s is conspiracy, folks.

Prosecutor Brandon L. Van Grack said in court that “a very senior member of the transition team directed” Flynn to contact the Russian ambassador at one point. At another, Flynn “called a senior official of the Trump team at Mar-a-Lago” to discuss a United Nations resolution that Flynn talked about with Kislyak.

Trump’s inner circle is now shitting bricks, they are absolutely freaking out and going crazy, they are very scared and in very big trouble.  One person “very close” to the president said that the Flynn development is “very very bad” because Flynn knows a lot of Trump’s criminal secrets, and he will tell them all to the Feds to avoid going to jail for a very long time.

We have also have a fact statement filed in federal court about Flynn. You can read it here. It’s very obvious that more people are going to be arrested over this. And since Flynn was so high up in the food chain, there are only a few directions this can go in:

  • Trump
  • Trump’s family (sons, daughter, son in law)
  • Attorney General Sessions
  • Vice President Mike Pence
  • Other high-level Trump campaign officials (Bannon, Conway, etc.)

This is history in the making, folks.

Trump Jr.’s Meeting with Russian Spies

Over the course of the last week, we’ve learned about a meeting between Russian spies and Trump Jr., which took place during the presidential campaign and in Trump Tower.  On Sunday, we learned there was an unreported meeting between Donald Trump Jr., and potential Russian foreign agents.  On Monday, we learned that the meeting was arranged by a Russian.  on Tuesday, we learned that the meting was with Russian foreign agents and about Russian sanctions.  On Wednesday, we learned that the meeting was specifically about the Russian government helping Trump with the “Hillary problem.”  On Thursday, we learned that a second Russian agent was at the meeting, and that the person is a known former counter intelligence spy and Russian lobbyist.  Yesterday, Friday, we learned that there were actually twice as many people at the meeting than was originally reported.

There are many angles to this meeting, but probably the most significant is the fact that Russian lawyer, with deep ties to Putin (and therefore a likely government agent), Natalia Veselnitskaya, was present.  Veselnitskaya represented Russian company Prevezon, which was indicted in the U.S. for money laundering.  After Trump took office, however, the case was abruptly dismissed.

The timeline is interesting.   On September 10, 2013, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara indicted Prevezon for money laundering in New York.  Prevezon then hired Veselnitskaya to represent it in the case.  Three years into the representation, on June 9, 2016, Veselnitskaya contacted the Trump team and promised to give them dirt on Hillary Clinton.  Trump Jr., was excited, claiming he’d “love” to get dirt on his political opponent from a foreign agent (which is a crime).

On November 9, 2016, Trump wins the election.  Then on March 11, 2017, two months into his presidency, Trump fired Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney that indicted Prevezon.  Two months after that, Trump’s DOJ, which is led by Jeff Sessions, a man that also had contacts with Russian foreign agents during the campaign that he lied about, settles the $230 million money laundering case against Prevezon for $6 million.

Was such a low settlement reasonable?  The Russians claimed that it was so low it proved that the U.S. was basically apologizing for filing the suit.  So either it was a bad, dead end lawsuit–which is unlikely since the U.S. Attorney’s office is filled with absolute top-notch lawyers–or it was settled for other reasons:

The settlement was so meager that one of Prevezon’s US attorneys said it was “almost an admission that they shouldn’t have brought the case.” Veselnitskaya herself crowed that it was “almost an apology from the government.”

It is important to also noted that some in the U.S. viewed the $6 million settlement as a victory since the key witness was thrown out of a window in Russia and all the U.S. could ultimately prove was money laundering of about $1.9 million.  Even the fired Preet Bharara seemed to think the resolution was a good one.

In any event, at the end of the day, Veselnitskaya got exactly what she wanted.

Trump’s National Security Advisor is a Russian Spy

The first major scandal of the Trump administration is here. Some may argue that the immigration ban debacle was really the first scandal. That, arguably, is a legal fight. This, however, is a pure scandal with clear corruption, dishonesty and likely spying on the U.S. on behalf of a foreign government. Treason?

National security adviser Michael Flynn privately discussed U.S. sanctions against Russia with that country’s ambassador to the United States during the month before President Trump took office, contrary to public assertions by Trump officials, current and former U.S. officials said.

It all started when Trump’s national security adviser, Michael Flynn, had several phone calls with the Russian ambassador before Trump took office. When Flynn was asked if he talked to the ambassador about the sanctions against Russia, he lied through his teeth and said no. Vice President Pence then went on record saying they did not talk about the sanctions.

This week somebody in the intelligence community obviously approached Flynn and told him he was a lying sack of shit. Told him that they knew he talked to the Russian ambassador about Russian sanctions. Told him there was a transcript of his call with the Russian ambassador. Told him he can’t deny it any longer.

Federal officials who have read the transcript of the call were surprised by Mr. Flynn’s comments, since he would have known that American eavesdroppers closely monitor such calls. They were even more surprised that Mr. Trump’s team publicly denied that the topics of conversation included sanctions.

After that conversation, Flynn started to backtrack, saying he couldn’t “remember” if he talked about the Russians sanctions. He couldn’t be “certain” the topic never came up when he talked repeatedly with the Russian ambassador.  What do you think?

Now Vice President Pence is angry that he stood up for Flynn’s lies.  Pence says “it’s a problem” that Flynn talked about the sanctions to the Russian ambassador even though Flynn originally said he did not talk about the sanctions.  It’s a problem that Pence believed him and stood up for him, even though Flynn was lying and was more interested in helping the Russian government than his own government.

Congressman Eric Swalwell has called for Flynn to be suspended, and Congressman Adam Schiff has called for Flynn to be fired.

Moscow Mike Flynn, the Russian spy Trump put in as the United States National Security advisor, a paid-for shill on the Russian propaganda channel “RT,” and who sat next to Putin at an RT event, who faced consistent concerns that he is just a Russian agent, is Trump’s first scandal.  And everyone, except for Trump, saw it coming.
